Whole staff is charming. Victor and Diana are always eager to help. I also had the chance to discuss with the friendly owner Claudia who drives the business with a lot of care and humanity. Renovation works are fantastic and contribute to mix both history and comfort. The green patio and the great pool area are quiet and appreciated after a day walking around. Location could not be better just al front del rio. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Lovely hotel in a great location on the riverside, just a few minutes walk from a wide selection of cafés and restaurants. Spacious, very comfortable room with great air conditioning and a well-equipped bathroom. Comfortable areas in which to sit and relax both by the small pool and on the shaded patios. Excellent breakfast (with slightly disappointing coffee - unexpected in Colombia). Thank you Pito for your help and humour.

The service, the buiding, location. Staff was super friendly, accomodating. The building is gorgeous, impecably restored, with a beautiful central garden and a pool. There is hot water, the room is huge, confortable beds and pillows. Peaceful at all times. They served delicious breakfast. I will come back.

I travelled with my family and from the moment we arrived we felt at home, the property is stunning, the staff are amazing, the pool is gorgeous, we loved every minute we spent at the property. Location wise it’s also great, the hotel is right in front of the river and next to plaza San Francisco.
